Last Summer was very busy!  We did get two beautiful girls out of our mini-donkey mommies:  Gretchen and Dimples.  Born 9 days apart at the end of Spring.  We started halter training them in August and they are smart and sweet! 

We have added two new Scottish Highlanders, so our herd is now up to 5!  Four blondies (three of them cows, one steer) and a new bull--Carlos, who is black and very handsome.  He follows our Mama Tess around like a puppy.

Another new boy--Prince Norbert, our new Hackney pony, Amish trained to drive and ride.  Beautiful all-black gelding, 4 years old.  Of course, he's in love with Lila, one of our Belgian horses, and they are quite the interesting-looking pair.  She absolutely towers over him!  He doesn't mind though.  Love is blind.
